Course Description

This intermediate Python course teaches students how to create programs with graphical user interfaces (GUIs). Students will build fun, interactive apps while learning essential programming concepts:

• Python installation and setup
• Design and create GUI projects like games, tools, and utilities
• Python data structures and file input/output
• Functions, error handling, and modular coding
• Complete a final capstone project of their choice

Class Format & Schedule

- Small group classes (4-8 students)
- Twice per week, 90-minute sessions
- 4 weeks total
- Includes homework assignments & feedback
- Live online or local in-person sessions (Katy, TX)
